BREAKFAST AND MEALS
The kitchen is equipped for meals self-cooking and a self-served breakfast. We provide you with organic bakery products, cereals, honey, jams, etc. and gluten-free biscuits and crispbread. You will have at your disposal teas, herbal infusions, organic soluble barley and coffee, soya and rice milk, lactose-free milk and regular organic milk as well.
You will find everything you need for preparing your meals: fridge, where you can store your own food, induction stove, toaster, mocha, electric kettle for tea and herbal infusions, cookware, kitchen tools, cutlery, tableware, etc.
If it’s not too inconvenient for you, we kindly ask to avoid meat cooking. Thank you.
Namasté Guesthouse is eco-friendly oriented, strives to always offer quality organic products and reduce food waste.

We manage our Namastè Guesthouse with the same love and care of a true home: we ask you therefore, to please leave the kitchen clean and in order as you found it, having respect for the guests who will come after you.

On the ground floor of the same building, there is the Ayurvedic Wellness Center which offers:
- Ayurvedic massages and treatments, out of the real Indian tradition
- Ayurvedic beauty treatments, with natural products always fresh blended, according to ancient recipes
- Ayurvedic constitution and/or nutrition consulting
- Private and small Group Ayurvedic Cooking classes

YOGA
At the Guesthouse all guests will find an adequate space for their daily Yoga Practice. The mats can be requested at the location, where it is also possible to book a private lesson.
